I'm Miles, a 18 y/o self taught digital artist from Canada so I still have a lot to improve on but I've had a couple people interested so I thought I'd properly open commissions! :DI've used Paint Tool Sai 2 for most of my older art, though I use Clip Studio Paint now!I take all my payment through PayPal and in Canadian currency, I'll send you a sketch and then ask for payment. I will not take any form of cryptocurrency, I don't want to play with monopoly money.I have the right to deny or discontinue any commission for any reason, there is a more in depth list of things I will not draw in my TOSI have problems such as chronic pain and mental health issues that can affect my work! At some points my commissions may be closed due to those reasons and I do not feel comfortable going into depth about them with strangers, please respect that :]
relating to those issues, I will always keep in touch if I need extra time or have problems about finishing your commission!

I, as the artist...
Maintain my rights to share my work on social media or with other people UNLESS I have been told otherwise
Maintain the rights to use my work however I please
Maintain the rights to turn down any commission for any reason I see fit
Will have a deadline I am comfortable with and will be fit for both of our needs
You, as the client...
May NOT reprint or use your commission for profit
MAY print your commission for personal use
May edit, crop and resize the piece. HOWEVER you must link to my twitter for credit
May use your commission on your website/social media IF you link to my twitter for credit
May ask for progress shots at any time
May not trace over your commission, or present it as your own work
May request small changes or edits to your commission with no extra charge. Large edits or redraws must be paid for
May NOT mint an NFT using your commissioned piece
May NOT use your commissioned piece, or any other work of mine, to train any generative AI
Payment and Refunds
All payment is through PayPal in CAD
I will supply the sketch before asking for payment, and then finish your commission after receiving payment
I will allow full refunds BEFORE I've begun work, PARTIAL refunds if I'm partway through, and NO refund once I've finished your piece
